NSMS Counseling Services
Student Educational Occupational Plan (SEOP)
SEOP conferences will be scheduled for each student and their parent or guardian to meet with the school counselor. The counselor will advise the student for classes to register for the following year and complete a registration form, discuss student strengths and interest as indicated on test and survey data, and direct the student in setting eduational and occupational goals.
Services
are available to students who are at risk of failing classes, have poor attendance, or have difficulty making friends or getting along with others. Parents and/or students are invited to request an apointment to meet with the school counselor and/or request to fill out a referral form for ongoing counseling sessions.
