GUIDELINES

  1. Wood Furniture or furniture covered with material that can be washed or cleaned easily is permitted.
  2. Furniture currently in the classroom that is covered with a cloth material that can not be taken off and washed weekly, needs to be removed from the classroom environment. In the school office, this furniture needs to be gradually replaced.
  3. Reading lofts and built wooden structures used for the purpose of reading places are not permitted if they are elevated or raised. Built wooden structures must have a finish on the wood to prevent splintering. The wooden structures must be childproof material before the structure is safe for children's use.
