CREATING AN ALIO EMPLOYEE SERVICE PORTAL (ESP) ACCOUNT

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PAPER COPY OF YOUR PAY STATEMENT EACH MONTH. ALL FUTURE STATEMENTS CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH YOUR DISTRICT EMPLOYEE SERVICE PORTAL ACCOUNT.

You need the following information to create your account:

  • Your employee number (located on your paystub or check with your school secretary if you do not know this number)
  • The last four digits of your social security number
  • Your birth date
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your zip code
STEP 1:  Launch your browser and open Alio ESP
 NSSD Alio Employee Service Portal URL
 STEP 2:  Click on the Create an Account link
 STEP 3:  Type your personal information
 Employee Number (6 digits including zeros), Last 4 of Social Security No., First Name, DOB, Last Name, and Zip Code
 STEP 4:  Type a user name and password
User Name:  Must be at least 6 characters. Can use letters, numbers, and special characters)
Password:  At least 8 characters. Must include upper and lower case letters with at least one lower case letter, one or more numbers, and at least one of these special characters (!@#$%^&*?)
Confirm Password:  Retype password
E-mail Address:  Enter the e-mail address you would like associated with this account. (Make sure this is an active e-mail address because you will be sent a verification e-mail to set up your account.
 STEP 5:  Type three personal questions and personal answers
 This information will be used when requesting your user name or resetting your password.
 STEP 6:  Click the Submit button
 If an inconsistency is detected between the personal information and your employee record on file with the District Office, you will see the message “The account information could not be validated.  Please check the information and try again.” You will need to contact the District Office to verify your Personal information.
 STEP 7:  E-mail verification
 Log into the e-mail associated with your ESP account and click on the system-generated e-mail and click the confirmation link to verify your account.

If you try to log in to the ESP before verifying your account, you will receive an “inactive account” message and will not be able to see any of your information until you complete e-mail verification.

 STEP 8:  Verify your account setting
 Your personal information (home address, home phone, cell phone) will automatically display in the Employee Directory unless you go to your account settings to turn those settings off.  On the top right dropdown by your name, click Account and then Application Settings. You can uncheck the boxes to suppress your information OR keep them checked to display in the Employee Directory. The Employee Directory is available for all users in our district.

Print Email
