APPRENTICE SIGNING DAY
Monday was a historic day for the North Sanpete School District, our university partners, and the U-RAPT program. At the beginning of the year, we hired 10 Apprentice Teachers who are currently enrolled in a University Education Program to become future teachers. They work alongside some of our best teachers until they finish their degree. According to our teachers, this is the best thing to happen to education preparation programs in a very long time. We thank our University Partners: UVU, USU, SUU, and WGU. It was wonderful to see FUTURE teachers having their own "Signing Day," like we see with future athletes. What a wonderful day for education. We appreciate the U-RAPT Program and the pathways it provides. We are lucky to be able to participate in this program.
