"The North Sanpete School District Board of Education (the NSSD School Board) recognizes that it is subject to Utah’s Open and Public Meetings Act(OPMA). The NSSD School Board regrets that it failed to comply with several of OPMA’s requirements in its meeting on February 17, 2026. The NSSD School Board apologizes to the public for these OPMA violations, and commits to change its practices to fully comply with OPMA going forward." August 27, 2026
