Invitation for Bids – 3,500 Gallons of #2 Dyed Diesel Fuel

North Sanpete School District is requesting bids for the purchase and delivery of 3,500 gallons of #2 dyed diesel fuel.

Fuel and delivery requirements:

Please include the following information in your bid:

  • Price per gallon
  • Total delivered price
  • Delivery, freight, fuel surcharges, and any other applicable charges
  • Any applicable taxes or fees, identified separately
  • Proposed delivery date
  • Confirmation that the full quantity can be delivered during the required delivery period

The total delivered price must include all costs necessary to complete the delivery.

If the bidder holds an applicable Utah statewide cooperative contract, the bidder may identify the contract number and indicate whether the submitted pricing reflects that contract. Regardless of contract status, all responses must satisfy the specifications, submission deadline, delivery requirements, and pricing requirements stated in this Invitation for Bids.

Please submit your bid by email to purchasing@nsanpete.org no later than 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday, October 26, 2026. Please include “Diesel Fuel Bid” in the subject line. Late bids may not be considered. Bids will not be evaluated before the submission deadline.

Submitted pricing must remain valid through 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 26, 2026, to allow the District time to evaluate the bids and issue an award.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total delivered price and confirming its ability to deliver the required quantity within the specified period. North Sanpete School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel this solicitation when determined to be in the District’s best interest.
