NOTICE TO BID
North Sanpete School District is accepting bids for the following pasture leases:
• Grazing property southeast of the North Sanpete High School (approx 70 acres)
• Grazing property North of the Fairview Elementary School (approx 10 acres)
Each pasture lease will be for a four-year term commencing April 1, 2026, and ending
March 31, 2030. The initial lease payment shall be due on or before April 1, 2026.
Subsequent annual payments shall be due on or before April 1 of each year for the
duration of the lease term.
Bids will be accepted until noon, March 20, 2026, at the North Sanpete School District
Office, ATTN: Melanie Lee, 220 E. 700 S. Mt. Pleasant, UT 84647.
The North Sanpete School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
All decisions are final.
